How are you going to get things of value? The team has no trade chips, our prospects are years away (and don’t look like game breakers)

We need to keep picks too because we need to re-stock the farm system and we have consistently traded picks away over the last few years. 1 pick in the top 2 rounds over the last 2 years is not a good recipe for success. Especially when picking 4th round or later for an entire draft..
Yeah I know was just trying to be a smart ass. Lack of draft picks really hurts in the long run when the roster is depleted of high-end skill

Texier paying the Foglino tax tonight. Torts’ strategy of one skilled guy with two grinders is playing out predictably.

Every other player on this team gets their ass glued to the bench when they screw up. Foligno loses the game for us last game and hes second of all skaters in playing time.

Jackets are playing stinky. Hard to know if the team stinks too. Has good pieces. Ostensibly a good mix of skill sets. But do the pieces fit?

Lot of players playing poorly. Are they that poor or is there a collective issue?

And that brutal turnover was after McGinn with one of the worst 2v1 passes possible. Instead of taking advantage of the miscue, we give them a prime scoring chance.

Team is like an engine that constantly has at least two cylinders misfiring at once. Would be nice for this team to look like a well-oiled machine at least for once... This current team is just a bloody mess of mismatches
