most of us cheer the local geographical team and i guess we get stuck good or bad with however they perform. maybe we feel hard done by our luck of our address

maybe im different?

maybe living in alberta i choose to follow the bruins... it was a choice... not an accident of birth... and maybe thats why i can afford to stay positive?

bruins have always shown love for me. they might not be perfect but im not perfect either. i dont require perfection to show love.”

To everything (turn, turn, turn)
There is a season (turn, turn, turn)
And a time to every purpose, under heaven

A time to gain, a time to lose
A time to rend, a time to sew
A time for love, a time for hate
A time for peace, I swear it's not too late

Lovely tribute & great GDT @Alicat & @Fenway!

As @Oates2Neely said in the pre-game thread,
I’m going to enjoy the vibe of the game and the ambiance. Not too concerned with win or loss today. Just hoping these guys have fun and most importantly avoid injury.

In honor of Mike “AOF”, I’m going to do the same.

Go, go Black & Gold!

Beautiful tribute to our lost friend.

Seeing his face for the first time makes this hit home even harder. Michael and I were born only 2 months apart, too.

I hope the B's win for him, but in Michael's own words, I won't sweat it if they don't.
Exactly

I’m not sure what he taught me about hockey I’m sure it was something but I learned something far more important from him

It's 39 degrees now in Tahoe. At 7 pm it's expected to be 32
degrees so hopefully the ice will harden up and be crisp.
Please win this one for Mike tonight. I'm sure he'll be watching.
I’d rather him get the Cup this or next year or two
