Professional Winner.
It's official. Bo Horvat is the second coming of Trevor Linden.
Trevor Linden can't hold a candlestick to the Holy Bosus.

Who's the last 19 year old to make the team? The only one I can actively think of is Linden.

Anything less than a triple hat trick for Bo will be a severe disappointment. He also needs to win every faceoff, even the ones he's not on the ice to take.
Sedin/Sedin/Vrbata
Higgins/Bonino/Hansen
Richardson/Vey/Kassian
Matthias/Horvat/Dorsett
Is my guess. Vey or Horvat maybe swapped but I see Richo most likely to move to wing - even then Bo at LW before Vey sees RW.
You know these picture lineups are discriminatory against people who are facial recognitionally challenged
Bo Horvat
Never played an NHL game but is expected to hold up the sky for us

Bo knows sky lifting.
Do you even lift bro?
"schincky" has reportedly struggled to adapt to the pace in the AHL. Give him some time down there.
Any word on the lineup?
My guess for the forwards would be:
Sedin-Sedin-Vrbata
Higgins-Bonino-Vey
Matthias-Richardson-Kassian
Hansen-Horvat-Dorsett
Defence if Bieksa is injured:
Edler-Tanev
Hamhuis-Stanton
Sbisa-Weber

I think the Sedins are going to break through for a couple of goals. Daniel in particular really stood out in the game against Nashville. I don't think I've seen him play an assertive game like that since before the Keith hit. I think he may be finally coming around a bit from that.

For the curious, here's a list of every junior-eligible player to suit up for the Canucks since the 18 y/o draft started in 1979 :
Bo Horvat 14-15
Frank Corrado 12-13
Luc Bourdon 06-07
Ryan Kesler 03-04
Artem Chubarov 99-00
Mike Peca 93-94
Petr Nedved 90-91
Trevor Linden 88-89, 89-90
Rob Murphy 87-88, 88-89
Jim Sandlak 85-86
JJ Daigneault 84-85
Mike Stevens 84-85 (Scott's brother)
Cam Neely 83-84, 84-85
Taylor Hall 83-84 (ha!)
Michel Petit 82-83, 83-84
Tony Tanti 82-83
Stu Kulak 82-83
Moe Lemay 81-82
Andy Schliebener 81-82
Garth Butcher 81-82, 82-83
Rick Lanz 80-81
Brent Ashton 79-80
Some interesting names there. Anyone else remember when Rob Murphy was going to be our answer to Joel Otto?
Crazy how times have changed since 1990. Chubarov and Bourdon are the only two guys to make the team out of camp since Nedved, and Bourdon really had no business being anywhere near that team.
