Raanta puts that rebound anywhere else and it's probably not a goal.

They had one miscue Minny punished and got it back on the PP. They are outshooting the Wild and holding their own 5v5. I'm not annoyed by this game at all.

I'm not annoyed either, but that's a good 4th line. Just demonstrates how little depth we have.

Raanta is actually making quality saves, IMHO. Their shots just looks more dangerous. With the exception of Chych, I feel those shots are never going to go in. I mean, Kessels shots? I know they are giving away the puck. Every time.

Hall and Grabner had speed we are missing bad.

But yeah, the coyote way is to fill it with 08/15 guys like Pitlick, Brassard and Larrson.

We just don't generate enough scoring chances...and in this game, if you planned on only giving Garland/Keller/Schmaltz 13mins of ice time (which is what they're current projected to get), the big guns should be getting 18-20 mins. Every other team plays their top guys near the 20 min mark.

But hey, keep rolling those guys out for 13-14 mins and we'll keep losing games. #FIRETOCCHET

We could just be in the middle of the losing streak. The next 3 games are probably going to be easy to lose with the shattered confidence from the last 5. An 8 game losing streak is quite possible.
