The deal with teams that are not run by anyone are that they will be skipped. This means NYI, WPG, and MTL will be auto'ed. I think there are more teams that don't have a gm but I'm not sure which ones they are.

Isles second i traded to dallas and ducks traded their own second to edm for cogs
