This next stretch is super important to our playoff chances. With the last loss we fell to the ''LA-SJ'' batch. This ''Minny-Yotes'' batch is still very much in the reach but we have to win against them. Wild only recently returned after a long break, we basically have no excuses to not take the 2 points.

Sorry for not posting the lineups, I am in a rush but wanted to post that header tweet I just stumbled upon. And I ended up spending more time on this anyway.

I think its worth noting we have played 6 games against 2 of the top 3 defensive teams in the entire league. We're ranked 7th. Maybe they are ranked as such because they get got to play us but seems worth noting.

I can never root for the Ducks to lose, but when they do lose I am not as upset as I would be normally.

How is NYR so bad at scoring given their firepower?

That’s the thing, Ducks are struggling to score and should be with this forward group with lacking elite talent outside of Gibson. With the Rangers there are no excuses.

Need Getzy and Silfverberg to pull their heads out of their asses, both were awful against SJ. Henrique too but I’m not expecting anything from him.

What an important upcoming stretch this is. If it's anything like the ducks of old, we'll lose these games and then once the games don't matter cause we're out we'll start to win which then gives us renewed optimism for next season lol

i like it. He’s been subpar lately. Rowney is the one who’s shown the most consistency. I’d prefer Backes in over Grant too.

Glad to see Jones back in, we really need to move Heinen off the roster so we can make good evaluations on him and Milano
