Given that the team's entire strategy, and all the success from two Cups generated thereby, is based on always having the puck until the best possible scoring chance can be created, it never ceases to amaze me that there are still people who will mindlessly shout "shoot the puck!" at them.

the Hawks have said themselves that the reason the power play is so much better this year is they are shooting more rather than always trying to get the perfect chance to shoot.
