Don’t have much cap space left. Also I hate Hoffman. Isles are keeping Palmeri me thinks.

Bargain bin Don with some good signings. Good on him for not giving out a crazy contract, but still feels like they need a RW unless they're banking on a kid to take a spot in the middle 6.

I think we're re-signing Krejci & signing a goaltender and that's it. Hopefully the news on Ritchie was false. Don't need him with all the other guys they signed today; unless they are moving DeBrusk out for sure.

Going into the season with this defense is okay, and have the cap space to make a splash at the deadline to upgrade as needed.

Pretty disappointing that they had $13m in cap space going into today (assuming krejci is at $4m) and the team needs were a top pairing LHD and a 3rd line RW. Both have yet to be addressed and now are down to less than $7m in cap space. Really hope a trade is coming to address some needs.

That Defense and goalie (if Swayman cant handle it) is the Achilles heel right now. Also not sold AT ALL with Smith as the second line right winger. He couldnt hack that position in Nashville and he wont here, but barring trades they dont have the cap space to do anything now.
