He got better with time, but he’s still far from reliable. His offensive instincts are good, and he’s money in OT, but he’ll make you shake your head a couple times a night.

Devils fans are so adamant about him leaving because we want to see Mueller full-time and Butcher in an expanded role. Retaining Moore means we’re likely headed into the season with the status quo on the left side, which can’t happen.

Great skater, good shot, but not really a natural PP QB type guy. Maybe in an ideal situation, he's on your 3rd pairing.

(And now I'm sure Vegas will sign him and turn Moore into a 40 point guy)
