We should start a Adam McQuaid or Luke Schenn thread that we can refresh :)

Kind of.

Taking him on at $4.3m doesn't do anything cap wise for us. He could go to arbitration, but if the ruling is too high on that you can just walk.
But not really.

1. The team can only walk away if the award is over 4.397 million.

2. He could just accept the 4.3 million QO and forgoe arbitration all together.

3. Find me a right shot dman, who's better, making less or the same, and available

Is Nick Cousins almost a guaranteed? He did play for the Soo Greyhounds after all. I honestly wouldn't mind him.

Or Adam McQuaid on a 1 year 1 million type deal either.

Both add sandpaper as well.

Sekera, Agostino, Cousins, Leipsic, Hainsey, Hutton

Those are the guys I think we may have some intrest in and I'm going to be following what happens with them

Interested in how the Ceci Zaitsev trade pans out (if it even goes through) and what moves we make afterwards trade wise

I usually get excited and nothing happens but I do believe were going to be busy and in on a lot of things over the next couple of days

Well depending on who you ask, there's quite a few better.

If they do want to keep him, perhaps they work out a 2 year contract that totals more than $4.3m.
