to BOS: 46th OA
to PIT: Marchand

Scuderi, Kunitz, Sutter go somewhere for picks

this lineup is good, we're set without giving up prospects!

Perron - Crosby - Hornqvist
Marchand - Malkin - Plotnikov
Comeau - Tikhonov - Bennett
Wilson - Spaling - Dupuis

Maata - Letang
Pouliot - Lovejoy
Cole - Dumoulin

I feel like GMJR struck out on Kessel. Got too quiet too fast. And then they show up to the draft.

And rumor comes out suddenly from Mackie that Pens want to look at Ward, also a RW.

Actually that rumor was around yesterday. Some dude from the FAN tweeted it.

Damn. That'd be nuts. But makes no sense. Pens don't get a 1st 2016 in any world. Wouldn't affect draft order.

GMJR already told multiple credible sources that Pens can't trade for a 1st, and have struck out trying to get one.

I still haven't heard any other teams directly linked to Kessel. I feel like we're the only bidders right now.

I'm just sayin that the league might want the shockwaves to come during the draft, but only after the drama of the picks have been sorted out and the Leafs would be right next to select

Good point. TOR wants to unload him, and no one else is counter bidding.

GO GMJR, make SHANNY squirm. Make him sell at DIRT cheap prices.

THO, I have actually heard FLO is a dark horse on Kessel

The Pens have two choices re: Kessel

1) give Shanahan what he wants right now

Or

2) wait until the 2015 1st round ends and no one can blow their pick on him, which puts the Pens on equal footing.

I've been saying all day if the Pens do Kessel it's almost definitely not until after tonight.
