scouts are rating players on each game, they are big into analytics.

gold player, silver player, bronze player ranking system.

seems like Foley thought he was getting Gaborik types and now he's getting under the radar guys. Says that the scouts are keen and will get diamond in the rough guys.

They will get into the FA game past the expansion draft. Not into giving up an expansion draft pick for a UFA.
