Coming into the deadline our C depth was:

1. Stutzle
2. Pinto
3. Kastelic
4. Gambrell
5. Greig
6. Lucchini
7. Chartier

I am guessing they wanted a guy who could ideally take the 3 slot - maybe even platoon with Pinto - but at least be a clear upgrade at the 4 slot. Instead, we settled for a guy who fits somewhere in the 4-6 slot while giving up very little.

Not in love with the trade but don't mind it either. Adding a 5th guy besides Greig who can take a regular shift makes sense.
