I don't get Francis' act at all. You select guys like JVR or Voracek because at the TDL, you get to rip off other teams. That is when the clubs are desperate, not now. It also gives your fans a sense of legitimacy since the club has a degree of compete on the ice. Seattle looks to be a competitor with AZ, Ottawa and Buffalo for drag of the League with these selections.

yeah we're f***ed. looking at CF we have have 8.5m in capspace and still Hart, Sanheim and 2G left to sign. we are screwed. really needed Seattle to take a big contract off us. now we'll have to overpay for someone to do it.

Not sure how much you think Hart and Sanheim are going to sign for, but we'll be fine. We need to move 2/3 million which should be easy to do.
