As the title says, it’s over three games since the Flyers went shorthanded. It’s a bit of ref luck but mostly through a new found discipline, this is the first time it’s happened since detailed records were kept in the 70’s.

The Flyers raised the bar, as illustrated by the DDT Voracek gave Pacioretty in the third. No penalty exists for that; smart organization.

As good as Philly is currently, and in the past, I don't see them taking out the Pens in a 7 game series, powerplay of not. 2-3 years from now, yes.

I hope Mrezak does well for Philly , because the Wings get better picks plus when Detroit was in the west i always liked Philly.It seems they always have a player or two i really like.
