Ok i really need to know the backstory behind this one. Was he holding/waving one of those like 50x100 flags in the other hand?

Im not sure how to feel about this gif. I mean, its perfect for what we're going for here, but i also have to respect the guy for doing what he can to properly address the flag or whoever was in the room. Poor guy.
