Frustrating to watch. Jets have a lot of bounces going against them right now and can't finish. Philly scored two ridiculous pinball goals to go up 3-0 and held the fort beyond that. 4th goal should never happen. 1st goal should never happen. 1 and 4 are easy to correct, 2 and 3 won't happen often enough to even worry about.

Ya, I am certainly not a sky is falling fan. However, there are some concerns here.

If Lauer is in charge of the PP perhaps a firing the way the Bills fired their OC mid season. This won’t get us out of round 1.

When 20% of goals scored in the nhl are on the pp in merely 10% of the total TOI it's ridiculous to just exclude its importance. There were 14 mins of combined special teams time tonight for example, the Jets were -1 on it. PIT same thing ineffective special teams.

Out chanced and outscored early... Get a bunch of shot attempts late to make up for being down, it's empty calories.

I'm not hanging this loss on Brossoit. You can't win if you're not scoring goals, and if your defensive schemes break down, it's even harder to win. They need to figure it out.
