This doesn’t work for the Flyers and I think the value is significantly skewed in Nashville’s favor. The Flyers are high on Sam Ersson and are adamant they are rebuilding, so trading several prime assets for a 28-y/o goalie wouldn’t make any sense for them.

I also think the ask in the OP is way too high for Saros, who is having the worst statistical season of his career and would be a UFA at the end of next season.
