Fairly accurate, would think Trocheck's LW is up in the air. So 3 question marks, Trocheck LW and Bjugstad's LW/RW. Mamin, Haapala, Repo, Malgin, McCann, and Hawryluk to fill those 3 spots unless a veteran comes in on PTO during training camp.

The Lammikkos, Repos, Mamins, Hawyrluks and others who impressed at Dev. Camp will be competing for those bottom 6 spots

This thread is a realization of what we actually have right now. I'm trying not to be negative, but our top 9 is looking pretty light and our 4th line is even worse off. Dale is putting faith into his guys and his scouts. We're talking about Henrik Haapala like he is ready to put up 50 pts. That's really what a second line winger needs to do. At least 50 points. The guy has zero NHL experience. Repo and Mamin have zero NHL experience. I just don't know about this approach. Anyone else feel this way about the lines?

Mackenzie doesn't deserve to be captain whatsoever. He is what he is. A veteran locker room presence who brings grit, speed, and PK ability. That is it. I also hope he is stripped. I hope Trocheck is named captain to lead this team by example. Enough with this joke of a captain we have now. I love when he lines up with captains like Crosby, Tavares, and Stamkos. Those guys could eat him alive in every aspect of the game. Mackenzie as captain makes us look weak and soft.

Hope Boughy gets HIS guy. Hopefully it's Trocheck.
