That game had no business being as close as it was. Without Crosby the Penguins would be in the running for Bedard. It's a marvel that Crosby is still as good as he is considering the style he plays, he takes so much abuse for a star player.

When the lines are humming like that, this is a very good team. I thought the breakouts tonight were very solid with many turning into instant odd man rushes.

Strong effort against an obviously desperate pens team. Tarasenko is really putting in work along with the 4th line again.
Imagine if the kids ever got going. We would win these games 5-2 not 3-2 plus empty net goal.

At one point the kid line had at least a point in like 10 or 11 straight games.
Now it's like every game they are going pointless.
