I don't necessarily disagree, but the year MacLean was fired, the Sens had similar issues about skating hard that the Flames do right now.

1) Sullivan has a long resume but there is always exception. Why do you want to go against the odds?
2)Just look at the NFL, everyone wants to hire from the Patriots and the Seahawks. I dont see people fighting for coaches from the Browns, do you?
