Competition in AHL, bullshit, I am 99% positive Tre is trying to trade Rittich and will ride Domingue as our back-up. That would clear $2 million in cap space.

Find a taker for Ryan for a 6th rounder and that's another $3.125 mil.

That is more than enough space for Hall.

I don't know, doesn't seem like that's gonna be the case:

Things can change though, I guess.

That’s exactly what I’m thinking. Either that or AP.

Or he was doomed when he can't stay healthy. Or that he hasn't looked even decent at the AHL level so far. Injuries are definitely hurting him, but Parsons is having a really tough time adjusting to the pro game. Reminds me a bit of Keetley in that way

He's had dominant stretches, just needs to do it more consistently.

Third string goalies are important. You don’t want to have a season go down the tubes if you get an injury to your starter and or backup. Every point matters and so if you can’t count on your 2nd and third string guys to steal those extra points it could mean missing the playoffs. Your pretty ignorant if you don’t understand that. Look at the coyotes last year when they had injuries to their goalie. This guy has starter experience and signed to league minimum. If you don’t think that’s a good signing you are clueless.

I have a suspicion that Treliving has a plan to trade BSD in a multiplayer deal to try and grab a scoring forward. If everything goes according to plan I think we'll see Dom as the backup to Markstrom.

I'm all for this trade. This trade now makes Rittich expendable. Domingue has had many more decent seasons than he's had bad ones. In 6 seasons he's really only had one bad one and that was the last one where he played 16 games for NJD and 1 game for Vancouver.

I was not laughing that we need a 3rd goalie. I was laughing at he is 'THE ONE'

Dude has been terrible for 3yrs now..... it's Trevling signing someone he knows. It's an insurance, nothing more... hopefully we never have to use him
