I've noticed a few gaffs in his own end which he normally doesn't make, but I do agree with you. Can't really fault him with the one off his skate, but bad luck or not he's still liable and he knows that. Its just unfortunate, I feel bad for him everyone has an off game and they don't always have the bounces go their way.

The Panthers at least made the playoffs a couple of years ago. If their new ownership proves to be a stable one, they'll likely get there again faster than the Oilers will.

The new owners are promising a competitive team next season for what it's worth.
