Not much to say on this one. Dominated a young inexperienced team like they should. Could have been in the double digits pretty easily.

Great : Our resident Jedi Master Darryl Sutter. A good offense starts with great defense who knew. Most of your Calgary Flames, but Johnny and Chucky again A+++. Tanev is such a beauty blocking that shot with under a minute left in a 6-0 game. Mangiapane looking to get back on track, really making things happen tonight.

Good : Monahan, Lucic, Kylington, Andersson

Meh : Dube, Ritchie

I don't think it's bold to say that Gudbranson and Zadorov are the Flames best pairing.

Unironically, though, Zadorov has somehow been competent. He's been making good decisions with the puck with pace, is able to rush into the zone effectively, and actually uses his size to effectively close out and erase attackers on the rush. Monahan is also looking the best he has in a while, like, best he's looked in multiple years. The fact that Mangiapane going to play with Monahan and Lucic is a promotion to wild to think about.
