I would debate some of those:

1. Nathan Horton: In hockey, Nathan's bad luck ran out when he was traded to the Bruins and subsequently won the Stanley Cup. You can only argue his bad luck regarding injuries, but how many players can say that? He got a cup and a big paycheck with Columbus. He'll be back. Hardly the worst luck.

2. Radek Dvorak: His skill set is good for what it is, but yes it's limited. He has done a lot with it and has made 2 Stanley Cup Final appearances. How many players can even say that? He's had his share of injuries but unlucky? Not that I can see. Hurricanes are lucky to have signed him.

3. Tomas Vokoun: One of the best, underrated goalies in the NHL for years. His bad luck here was not making the playoffs. Other than that, he's been stellar. He got the Preds to the playoffs and did a great job with what he had here and in Pittsburgh. His luck of course is tied to a terrible situation. Hockey-wise, however, he's done alright. He made it farther than ever with Pittsburgh. Hard to say what will happen next, but his worst hockey luck was just playing in a time where other goalies were better and he got outshone.

4. Stephen Weiss: Now this man has had some luck issues. He finally made the playoffs after 10+ years without it. He has been on horrible teams and fought through that. While he has a history of injuries, he also has a history of trying to play through them when he should not have, making it worse. While he isn't doing well in Detroit, he is lucky to be there and with such a good contract for him (not Detroit). If he can stick there, he'll find his luck changing when it comes to the post season.

5. David Booth: Now this is the unluckiest of all, for a guy who was pretty lucky to start with. He came out of nowhere, scoring 30 goals, breathing life into the team. Then Mike Richards happened. Is that bad luck? Is it bad luck to get injured over and over again? The real bad luck comes not from the injuries but what happened after. He hasn't regained his form. Others can bounce back, but his bad luck is that he can't do it and hasn't. In Vancouver, he's a by-out waiting to happen. On top of that, he now has to deal with Tortorella. Good luck, David, you'll need it.
