The coaches seem to really like Liam Andersson, he must be doing something really well to get selected by two different coaches despite his numbers with HV71.

Novotny was awful at camp, although I must admit I was a little surprised by him being cut.

I'm happy with the additions of Noel Skarby, Eric Nilson, Eddie Genborg and Rocky Langvardt, but I would've liked seeing at least one of either Sonestedt or Hillström make it.

I prefer William Forsberg over Hugo Severgårdh, however I'd be happy to be proven wrong.
Same goes for William Håkansson over Oliwer Sjöström.

These would be my preferred lines:

Noel Skarby - Anton Frondell - Jakob Ihs Wozniak or Albin Laksonen

Viktor Klingsell - Milton Gästrin - Filip Ekberg

Eddie Genborg - Eric Nilson - Albin Laksonen or Jakob Ihs Wozniak

Torkel Jennersjö - Liam Andersson - Noa Bräutigam/Philip Larsson

Hugo Hallin - Karl Annborn

Joe Wahlund - Rocky Langvardt

Sascha Boumedienne - Aron Dahlqvist/William Håkansson

Måns Goos
Hugo Severgårdh

Imo, Ekberg and Frondell are in the same tier as of right now. It can change throughout the season of course.

Ekberg again the best player of this age group on either side
edit: also not sure if its pure nostalgia but boumedienne looks great offensively

1st period: Ekberg best for swedes also thought jennersjö had some nice solo rushes, kämäräinen seems faster than ever but still has no finish but was overall best for finnish forwards also rajala setup 1 nice chance but seems to have his brothers slow skating style

Kämäräinen was best first period indeed good rushes. Orpana not noticable and Mensonen showed some physicality that dont see so often

Fun close game... should have scored on that 5on3. 2 disallowed goals and Kämäräinen had zillion chances

4-0 to Sweden in the second game. Impressed by Anton Frondell and Eric Nilson in this game.

Think Frondell is looking quite a bit faster on his skates.

Like other posters have mentioned, Eric Nilson is looking good.

He got that pest mentality hes gonna make it one way or the other, also kämäräinen looking like the new vesterinen full speed not much else
Jea from wingers Westerård clear one but Kämäräinen 2nd then im not so high on Joki and Somervuori but they are clear 3 and 4. After those it gets barren maybe next best would be outside this team Veeti Lamponen at 5th.

Yea this age group overall doesnt seem any good overall but it does have like 3 semi exciting prospects kinda like 2022 draft group

Filip Ekberg's hockey sense and playmaking ability is as good as any I have seen at this level. Definition of a smart/skilled player.

Decent showing overall for Sweden I'd say, having watched 2 out of the 3 games.

Missed yesterdays game but having seen the first one and todays its clear that at this point of development none of the 07 dman are close to the 06 group and with no clear star centers this group looks worse than the 05/04 groups that atleast had alot of decent wingers
