Saves/Shots Against is a useful measure for save percentage, since Saves = Shots Against - Goals.
Saves/Fenwick Against is not a useful measure for Fenwick SV%, since Saves != Fenwick Against - Goals. Saves/Fenwick against makes missed shots reflect poorly on the goalie, which I don't think is the intent of this measurement.
The formula should be (Fenwick Against - Goals)/Fenwick Against or (Saves + Missed Shots Against)/Fenwick Against. Both formulas should return the same result.
