I am in the first half. It's all back and forth timewise and so much makes so little sense. I understand why they had to bring someone over when the only two characters they let have development are killed off..

Oh, wait for the second half. This is just normal underpar Fear writing for now. You're in for a ride of abysmal crap. The current (and last) season is better, but let's see if you get there!

Took me more than a year to get to season 3 which had its moments.
