As someone who has been working in sports throughout COVID and has had limited capacity in indoor and outdoor venues throughout this can be done safely and well as long as precautions are followed. I'm glad they're letting fans in and hopefully everyone is responsible during their time in the building.

I think it's stupid and reckless. The owners have more than enough money to weather what's going on but instead they're willing to risk the health and safety of their fans to offset their losses just a tiny bit. The fans deserve some blame too for actually attending these games.

I guess if you're vaccinated it's whatever but the vast majority of fans going to these games won't be.

Sure, relatively no downsides then. There’s always a chance something particularly bad could happen, but we ran those risk calculations going to games every year.
