What has happened to our FO's? At one time I thought we were doing really well but recently it looks like we can't win one. Especially when needed! Looks Like PG is the only one above 50% at 57.7% of the players that have taken more than 100 FO's. Fisher is close at 91 FO's and 55%. DR and CJ are around 47% and Ribs is at 43.8% and has taken the most FO's at 473. As a team I think we are around 47%.

Pretty bad numbers when trying to keep the puck either in the Off end or getting it out of the Def end.

Certainly part of the problem on the PP.
Much of our time is spent going back to retrieve the puck.

Scratching Paul Gaustad, who I have read no injury report on, is just absurd. I hope someone tells me he's had an amputation, or something, because without him in the lineup the puck possession decreases dramatically.

He was injured every game he has missed

From Friday:

Injury Update:

Preds forward Derek Roy has been cleared of his “day-to-day” status and is available for the team’s next game. Paul Gaustad remains day-to-day with a lower-body injury and did not participate in Friday’s practice. Viktor Stalberg is on the initial timetable set when the forward was first injured.

The good news is this is from today:

Gaustad on the top PK unit and was in line rushes, so he could play tomorrow night

Technically, there is nothing wrong with our faceoffs. By that I mean everyone of our centers is winning right around their career average. Problem is we are now employing several bad faceoff guys - Ribeiro, Roy, Jokinen. Losing Legwand and Spaling hurt us here. Our overall W% should go up now that Fisher is healthy, but I wouldn't expect guys like Ribeiro to suddenly become good faceoff guys.

anyone that plays every faceoff off his forehand (i.e. Ribiero) will never be a 50%+ faceoff guy.

fisher returning to the lineup will help here quite a bit. we have to have someone other than a 4th line defensive specialist that can take faceoffs, especially offensive zone ones. i see improvement in jarnkrok here, if he stays in the lineup he has the potential to develop into a good faceoff guy. ribs simply isn't strong enough to feel comfortable trying to pull the puck back nor trying to tie up the opposing centerman.
