:flyers SIGN BRODEUR

The Philadelphia Flyers have signed goaltender Martin Brodeur to a one year contract worth $2,000,000. The deal also includes a NMC.

"We are pleased to add a future HOF like Brodeur to our organization. We feel that he will be the perfect backup for Steve Mason, while getting a fair amount of games. Considering that we are planning to go far in the playoffs, his experience will be huge to our team."

The Toronto Maple Leafs have signed forward Daniel Winnik and goaltender Thomas Greiss to 2 years deals, worth $3.5M and $3M respectively.

"Thomas has played very well the past few years, and we think he will be a fantastic backup to Bernier. Daniel plays and abrasive two way game and he isn't afraid to stand up for his team mates.

The Stanley Cup champion L.A. Kings are proud to announce the signing of Marion Gaborik. It's a 3 year deal worth $21 million dollars. The deal will pay him $7 million dollars each year.

"We are very excited to bring back Gaborik who was a huge part of our Stanley Cup run. Marion had great chemistry with Anze Kopitar and we expect him to keep up his great play from the playoffs. With this move, the Kings are done with their off-season."

The Pittsburgh Penguins are proud to announce that they have signed Mike Santorelli to a 3 year contract worth $6M ($2.000m per year).

Before injury, Mike was by far the best forward for the Canucks. He demonstrated a strong two-way game being able to put up numbers while be reliable on the PK. The Penguins are very excited about this signing.

Anaheim is pleased to announce the signings of goaltender Ryan Miller and defenseman Tom Gilbert.

We're really happy to have landed a strong goaltender like Ryan. We've all seen a goaltender struggle in the post-season only to return to form later on, and we think it's a safe bet that Ryan, fronted by a stacked defense and offense, can provide cup-contender goaltending for Anaheim. We're happy to have a guy like Frederik Andersen who will reprieve Ryan and allow for a top-tandem in net.

Tom Gilbert showed last year he was capable of handling big minutes and top defensive assignments still. In Anaheim he'll pair up with Hampus Lindholm and at times Cam Fowler to bring a steadying presence to the back end. 1 year, 1 Million dollars is the contract.

The L.A. Kings sign Jussi Jokinen to a 2 year deal worth $2.5 million per year.

"We thought we were done with our off-season but the chance to sign Jussi Jokinen was to good to pass up. He scored 50+ points last year and we think he'll be great on our 3rd line with Mike Richards and Teddy Purcell."

Columbus finishes up it's summer with another huge signing! Coming to terms with UFA Ryan Callahan on a 7year deal worth $52.5M, with a full NMC for first 5years, then NMC/LNTC last 2 years.

We got into the frenzy but Cally is perfect for our style and will make a great duo with former Ranger teammate Dubinsky on the 2nd line.
