If you want to continue losing weight, the simplest solution is to either eat fewer calories and/or increase your activity level.

How much protein do you consume now vs. your body weight? Getting enough protein is very important in both weight loss and increasing strength in the gym. But there is a point where too much has no affect. We need to know what level you are at though.

Just realized this is some kind of bot post stolen from a post I made last summer lol.

I found I have plateaued both weight loss and working out wise, so I am going to start adding more protein to my diet and see how much of a difference that makes.
