~25g, ~35a-somewhere around 60 or 65pts barring any major injuries would be my guess...

Yeah, I think he'll do a little better than that. I expect him to get back to or above the 70 mark.

I'd say something like 33/40.

Depends on how he's used. If he's playing on Jordan's wing primarily he'll be around 60-65 points. If he's centering Skinner and Lindholm or something like that back up to 70-75.

I'm going to say 25 goals max, 60-65 points. Other than the fluke (yes, I'm calling it a fluke) 1/2 year of the lockout, his last 3 season are:

24G, 70pts
21G, 61pts
23G, 54pts.

Yes, he has battled injures, multiple coaches, different systems, etc...but that's part of hockey, especially as you get older and have lots of miles on the treads. I guess a lot will depend on how well Semin, Skinner, and even Jordan bounce back offensively and if the team, with another year under Peters can turn some of that puck possession into offense. If they all click and are all healthy, it could be higher, but I'm not counting on that.

Guys like Malkin, Getzlaf, Giroux, Datsyuk, Kopitar, etc. are all putting up ~67-73 points. I expect Staal to also be in that range.

He needs to score no fewer than 9 less goals than Crosby, so we can keep making fun of Penguins fans by saying that he has more career goals than Crosby.

Wait, we have fans that actually try and make fun of Penguins fans?

Talk about throwing stones while living in a glass house.

Nah...their hockey team is better (at least until JR destroys it around the same rate RF makes the Canes respectable) but they're from Pittsburgh so it all evens out.

Somewhere in the 60 to 65 point range and a ton of bonehead late game penalties.

With his life on the line in CAR, I think both the Staal boys have bounce back year.
35G and 45A, 80P min. Go Eric!
