Burke is director of Goaltending and is an Org wide position. This man here is for the Habs alone I think.

He probably helps develop training strategies on and of the Ice for goalies/prospects. I'm also willing to bet he reviews tape off for players in our org but also works with scouts about potential goalies to be drafted or signed.

Goalies are weird and having a specialist in upper management to help evaluate them makes sense to me. Habs have basically unlimited money anyways so F*** it.

Probably isn't necessary, but Burke's a smart man. There's no limit of number of coaches or cap for spending, so may as well keep the best guys around in some sort of position.

I remember when the head coach was the goaltender coach, then came the goaltender coach, and now there is the Division of Goaltending Services, with a director and line staff . Whatever it takes to win, I guess
