GWT: EPL - Matchweek 6

Fun week this week with two matches between top 6 teams, as Spurs go to the Emirates to take on their crosstown owners rivals and West Ham heading northwest to beat the resurgent Liverpool. Elsewhere, Chelsea faces a strong test at home against Villa and United seeks to avoid embarrassment at Turf Moor. We also get another London derby, west v. south, when Fulham heads south to take on Palace.

It's easier from google. Besides, I don't think it's 80% LiTN is west coast, BB is CT, cgf is CT, Evilo is France, we have some swedes and finns, etc.

Biggest game of the season so far.

I want Spurs to start Son and Johnson in some way, shape or form to expose Arsenal's high line. Same goes for the next game against Liverpool really.

kind of hurts your argument when you don't even know your own timezone, you're currently in daylight time, not standard

I find with the right amount of coffee I can make PST games work.

CT is great for the North American context.

CT/MT are great for NA sports, in my opinion. I think I slightly prefer MT, but then factoring in soccer, CT all day.

I'd love MT. ET is rough for big events like NBA finals or similar since they always start those at like 8:30PM so they don't end until near midnight.

For PL stuff though it's amazing. Wake up on Saturday morning and turn on a 7:30 game. It's great.

I'm up and moving by 7 due to kids, so a 6:30 start time wouldn't be awful. But I totally get the west coasters here who just miss the first game of the day. 4:30 start is insane.

It's better to experience through HF boards drama, handwringing, sniping, and conspiracy theorizing than it would have been live anyway.

6:30 is fine if it's every once and awhile for Arsenal. If it isn't an Arsenal game, I usually won't watch, at least the first half.
