The question by Harman Dayal was (paraphrasing) "Ethan Bear was a great addition and looks like he's obviously deserving of a raise here. Do you see him as a top 4?"

Allvin: says some nice stuff about bear, says he needs to have a good summer with better training and learning, says he was inconsistent after his face injury. then adds at the end jokingly, not sure if he deserves a raise or not though! *laughs*

He's swedish. Europeans are very straight forward and quick to the point. Its hard to do verbal gymnastics when English isnt your first language

The biggest takeaway so far that every prospect is going to have to earn their spot at the NHL level. No favortism towards guys who were high draft picks. I think this may mean if a high draft pick isnt putting in the work so will be traded relatively early on
