I think Rollie wants someone in Utica full time so either Clouts or Wilson will be there to work with Markstrom. Speculation but would make sense.

hah. You're right. I'm jumping to conclusions in the wrong direction. It makes more sense that they would want Cloutier in Utica. (or someone to replace cloutier).
