Eight 40 goal scorers this season, most since 2009-10

Apparently goalie equipment is getting smaller next year. Hope the goals keep going up. I like the amount of 40 goal scorers but we need a few 50 goal snipers in this league.

We have a long way to go, but I really hope that we'll get to a point were we reach early 90s scoring levels and that there is a legitimate chance to see things like 50 in 50 etc.

Watching players chasing records adds excitement to the league.
