EHM Gagner/Cizikas or Schwartz

I have a little issue, you see I have Jaden Schwartz as my 2nd line center and he's not that great, and I have an offer for him, Jaden Schwartz + 2nd pick vs Sam Gagner

Here is an insight of all three players:

Jaden Schwartz C STL 22 836667 1 78 78 78 79 78 58 79 82 84 79 55 55 78 71 75 (he's done developing)
Sam Gagner: C EDM 24 4800000 2 72 84 84 71 78 60 79 75 77 80 58 66 80 69 76 (not finished as he was injured most of the season he will become 80-77 per playerscout)
Casey Cizikas: C UFA 22 900000 0 78 79 78 76 77 56 76 81 74 64 64 60 78 69 74 ( no finished developing cause he was in the AHL and he will become 80-78 per playerscout)

The thing is all 3 players are 5"11 feet and they all have 90 ceilings in hitting, how does their defense and hitting work when their 5"11 feet?

And which of the 3 would have?
