I’d hoped for long term, but the cap didn’t really work to be able to. I’m still happy to have the Honey Badger locked up 2 more years

It’s the right value. 2yrs is good. But still need to move some salary out in order to be able to start the season.

Not terrible. He’s definitely a product of who he gets to play with but the price isn’t super inflated given he did hit 20 goals last year.

LTIR has already been accounted for I'm pretty sure. Edmonton needs to move one of Barrie, Foegele or Pulju, we all knew this prior to this signing, nothing changes.

AAV is exactly around where most hoped it would be. I'm guessing Pulju is the odd man out which sucks. Holland should just attach a sweetener and dump Foegele instead.

Still have to sign McLeod - meaning someone definitely has to be shipped out and some of the kids have to grow into NHLers.

Well with ltir they have about 300,000 to sign mcleod. If they keep him below say 1.2 million they may be able to store broberg in the ahl or waive Koekkoek and run 20 players but that’s not ideal.
