So I figured with the World Juniors over its time to start mock draft season haha.

PLEASE READ THE RULES BEFORE YOU JOIN!

1. This is a 3 round 2017 NHL Mock Draft
2. 8 hour draft window for the 1st round. 6 hours for the following 2.
3. You may pick 24/7. But the clock will stop between 11pm EST- 8AM EST
4. Each Member gets 2 auto picks before they are removed from participation.
5. Since CSS or ISS doesnt have any full rankings out yet (or at least that I could find... HELP?!) We will use Craig Buttons latest Craigs list for the top 75 or until all his picks are gone for Auto'd picks. Then after that it anyone can pick the auto.
6. All Trades/Signings MUST be Cap Compliant to a ceiling if 73MIL and a floor of 54MIL. NO TRADES UNTIL ALL TEAMS HAVE A GM!!
7. You may only sign your own teams RFAs and UFAs. If you wish to sign another teams pending UFA you must trade for their rights.
8. PLEASE PM NEXT GM AFTER YOUR PICK. (POST IN YOUR PICK POST THAT YOU DID SO.)
9. Each Member is allowed to start with 2 teams (since I doubt the interest will be there for all 31 teams to have different GMs.)
10. Each Team must submit their protected list for the expansion draft before all GM spots are filled otherwise it will be chosen for you VIA capfriendly's quick protect tool.

A repick now would be a bit tough with Vegas having a GM now, just want to keep it fair. But maybe something can be worked out, if he likes a different player more.

They had the Sabres protecting: Bogosian/Kulikov/Ristolainen on D. Which of those would the Sabres expose to keep McCabe?
