I think the reason that I’m always yelling at the league to start enforcing penalties like cross checking and holding the stick is because of exactly what just happened.

It happens all the time, isn’t called 97% of the time, but it’s still in the rule book. So it just gets enforced randomly. In this case, even worse, in the last few minutes.
