The one I remember off the top of my head was that Vancouver Blackhawks series where the Nucks won game 7

I was really worried that the Canes went down 3-0 in this series as I had them or Florida coming out of the east but they seem to have righted their ship and now all the pressure is on the Rangers.

The next game will be the biggest of Igor Shesterkin's career to date assuming the Canes matin their 3rd period.

Actually, I found it. Nine teams have came back from 3-0 to force game 7 and the team that was up 3-0 is actually up 5-4
