Correct, you can't ignore the intent to injure boarding call. Call the hold the stick as well if you want . At worst it's 4-4 . Could have been a major and the minor on Lohrei. no excuse to not call anything there

Holding a stick is not a player safety issue, boarding is.

If we must get so detailed, the threshold of penalty this game excludes a stick hold. Far more allowed. Holding, interference, phantom double minors.
