I’m not sure what the penalty counter is per team but just know there was like 1 in the first and 8 in the second and there’s been no change in play

I mean they have missed 3 Caps trips, a high stick on them and an elbow to the face by Wilson after breaking them up. But I am sure that cross check that was called right is the problem.
