It's an attitude from the head coach down. He keeps pushing them and demanding. Lavy isn't perfect but he's a great fit for this group where it is in its cycle.

No offense but you’re not exactly the most objective guy when it comes to Mika. I used to love him too but there is no denying that he isn’t close to where he was even two seasons ago. It’s fine. He’s been a net positive. He’s skating very well, finding lanes, and he’s usually great on the PK. But he’s made a few awful plays too.
