They keep looking for head contact…but the launching was pretty obvious…that’s what the Bruins should go with on that hit…it’s predatory and he launched. With the injury. He should get a couple games for charging.

They keep getting the extra call for 2 reasons.
1. This game is an absolute calamity and its getting out of hand. Refs cant just even it up every time or the game wont ever calm down since no one actually gets punished.
2. Boston keeps starting the scrums after carolina buries someone with a clean hit so if they cant even them up (which they cant or the game gets out of control) then the extra goes to the instigating team. (Bruins)

Let's not conflate bad officiating for a "soft" team. The Bruins have been standing up for their guys, the refs have been calling things with bias. Also, maybe if you're that worked up about how tough you think someone should be, drink less while you watch.
