Rational sens fan. We deserved most of our penalties. No goal call was the right call. Worst call of this game has gone against the pens. But the MacArthur and particularly the Stone calls were marginal. Sens got nailed on a lot of stuff refs can't overlook, and the Pens have been disciplined.

I don't see the trap as a factor.

Pens are getting it in Ottawa's zone with speed, it is just misfires on passes and active Ottawa sticks that are chopping things up. That's just solid defensive work and poor offensive effort.

Way too much firepower on Pitts for Ottawa to just try and muzzle the rest of the game.

Rangers had no issue at all breaking the "trap" with no Crosby or Malkin. What's the Pens problem?

Rangers played with the lead almost the entire series. Big difference you have omitted. When the Sens have the lead, they can go full trap mode.

Pens have no excuses. They had their chances and if the Sens trap the hell out of them and they cant figure it out then they deserve to lose. Everyone knows Boucher's game when he gets the lead
