Cap dump at it's absolute worst. Chia must not be good at negotiating. He shows his cards and then can't get the other side to ante up.

We are a worse team today then we were after Game 7. Hopefully there is more to come.

Chia sure loves losing trades to snow and the islanders.

We're objdctively worse today than we were yesterday and have just horrible rw depth. Strome produces less, and has all the soft, laziness going for him that everyone accused eberle for having.

Guess we need to hope for a bounce back from Strome.

I understand we saved some cap space but we got a worse player and didnt address our defence at all?

People complained when Eberle only had 51 points last year. Not gonna like Strome's production

Not based on Eberle's playoff performance, there's a good chance Strome would've given us more than 2 assists in 13 games.

ditto, he cant trade with the Islanders

Boychuk, Reinhart and now Eberle

Dissappointing trade to say the least

Islanders are getting payback for how the Oilers used to own them in trades I guess. This one is brutal though.
