Guys like Richards, Brassard, Nash and Stepan should thrive under AV. With such a young, mobile defense and an elite goalie I never understood why Torts insisted on playing such a closed/tight system. I hope AV opens it up. I think it can be guaranteed that the offense will pick up with the new coaching staff. I really hope the PP can be figured out. It was just painful to watch last year.

I respectfully don't think that the NYR should be winning this poll, since there are teams ahead of them!

Don't think the Wings are ahead of the Rangers at all.

Maybe the Sens. But if Stepan and Nash play like they did over a full season, and Bras doesn't step too far back, with a healthy Staal, and Lundqvist, I think we're better than the Wings.
